    Shimano 5000

The dilemma is that if at Shimano, a bit all 4000 models (too) slowly to about 73 cm per handle turn and the 5000 models too quickly for both types of plugs with about 93 cm. per stroke, I used both the 4000 and shimano 5000 on the lighter and heavier rods, each time you change it again to get used to the speed. The 4000 fine for stick baits but too slow for diving plugs, you have to be spinning at high speeds and that is pretty annoying after 2 hours, the shimano 5000 is very fast, enough for diving plugs but stick baits did not, you have to spin very slowly and quickly move to the pole (walking the dog) this combination fishing uncomfortable, a strange coordination of the two movements, slow and fast running "tapping" with the top. I also think the shimano 5000 diving plugs for heavy run fast but heavy, logical course, the acceleration is high, a little too high I think if you put your bike in top gear sets you kick too hard, I start again this fairly heavy rotation after a few hours to break. Anyway, the solution to both surface and diving plugs - in a pleasant way to fish with the same mill I found Daiwa, here is the catch-up speed in my opinion much better with 81 - and 85 cm. a pendulum stroke, 81 cm for 3000 models and 85 cm. for the 4000 models, note the Daiwa 3000 in terms of size and weight comparable to a 4000 Shimano, the Daiwa 4000 with a Shimano 5000. This catch-up speed, I consider ideal for spin fishing for sea bass with various plugs, even when using multiple rods with the Daiwa 3000 and 4000 the difference is not big on catch rate, so you do not just get used to if you have another mill / rod used. For incomprehensible reasons Daiwa poorly represented in the Netherlands with different models, the last year there will be any progress in the Saltiga and here and there is Certate available, but the top models do not, oh well the More Than Branzino last few months also. The Exist is incredibly light for a mill in the class was only 240 grams for 3012, in large to liken with a shimano 5000 4000 so, n 320 grams. The mill and rotor are made of magnesium and other components are made of materials that are strong, especially light, even the screws are of duralumin. After a season fishing with Exist 3012, I am still very happy with this mill, I think there's nothing better to find hence this review. In practice, the Exist a fabulously good and fine mill is running very light and quiet, the "tournament" is very accurate adjustable slip and downright great. The pendulum is machined from one piece of duralumin (machine cut) and is directly on the main gear rotated a shaft instead, this "threat attachment" does virtually no play on the pendulum, the button is of type T and suits me perfectly. Immediately after the last session, was it already in m, n mind to follow this one to indicate when something like that once in m, n h is sitting back. Unfortunately I am one week or 3 or 4 on the waterfront was not the cause: a shoulder / neck "injury" Well here and there went to see maa. . . .
